About the Role

Our 17th-floor rooftop steakhouse and bar in Orlando boasts the best of Spanish-influenced cuisine in a romantic setting like no other. Capa’s diverse offerings range from fresh Florida seafood to incredible small plates and expertly grilled cuts. An open kitchen and wood-burning grill allow you to get close to the action, while on the outdoor patio diners enjoy views of the nightly fireworks.

What You'll Do

• Serve the guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. 
• Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.
• Read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience.
• The ideal applicant must thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years prior experience in fine dining, and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred
• Must display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities.
• Must already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States.
