- Facilitate groups and contribute to a range of direct and indirect interventions.
- Work across both adult and young people’s services to ensure the needs of the whole family are considered.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Haringey Treatment System to identify families who may benefit from Family Inclusion support.
- Promote and publicise the Family Inclusion service to colleagues and partner services.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to multi-agency discussions.
- Undertake joint assessments and joint support work where appropriate.
- Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding, ensuring the welfare and safety of children, young people and vulnerable adults is prioritised.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with families and work collaboratively to support positive and sustainable change.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting families and understands the impact that substance use can have on children, young people and family relationships.
Ideally, you will have:

- Experience of assessment, support planning and case management.
- The ability to build effective relationships with families who may have complex and challenging needs.
- Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.
- The ability to work confidently across different services and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
