ABOUT THE ROLE

The F&B Service Ambassador will provide exceptional and personalized butler services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay, in accordance to established SOPs on Butler Service This role involves anticipating guest needs, offering tailored services, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The F&B Service Ambassador will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, providing support for special requests, events, and daily needs

WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ Guest Service Excellence:

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing knowledgeable recommendations & personalized service based on preferences and requirements.

• Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued by maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. Offer guests an enjoyable, dining experience conforming to service standards.

• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction with attention to detail.

• Ensure tables/rooms set-up are properly set and maintain cleanliness throughout service.

+ Operational Support:

• Maintain knowledge of guest preferences, room assignments, and any special requests or events.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.

• Ensure rooms and guest areas are well-maintained, tidy, and prepared for guest use.

• Assist with reservations, transportation arrangements, and itinerary planning for guests.

+ Event and Special Request Management:

• Assist in organizing and overseeing special events or celebrations for guests, including birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate gatherings.

• Provide tailored services for special requests, such as making arrangements for dining, leisure activities, or in-room services.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure guest requests for meals or special dietary needs are fulfilled.

+ Team Collaboration and Support:

• Supervise and support junior team members, promoting consistent and professional service delivery.

• Work closely with other departments, housekeeping, and front desk staff to ensure coordinated, efficient service delivery.

• Provide support during busy periods or special events, stepping in where necessary to maintain high service standards.

+ Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and services provided to ensure consistency and personalized service.

• Assist with the preparation of reports or updates on guest activities, ensuring accurate tracking of services and requests.

• Ensure all guest areas and service equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.

• Respond appropriately to emergency situations, ensuring guest safety and comfort at all times.

+ Technical and System Proficiency:

• Familiarity with handling money transactions and operating the the hotel’s systems, including room assignment, guest request management tools, and POS systems accurately.

• Stay up to date with new technologies and systems implemented to improve guest experience.

+ Emergency and Miscellaneous Duties:

• Respond to emergencies or safety situations within the hotel, ensuring guests are supported and safe.

• Undertake additional tasks as required to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

• College diploma, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.

• 2-3 years as a team leader or supervisor, with an all-day dining background
