Requirements
About You
At Boost we believe a great UX/UI Designer will embody our values and build strong relationships with our clients and team in order to solve complex and interesting problems.
We’d love to meet you if you:

- are comfortable working in an iterative, Agile way.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- a couple of years' work experience designing user-centred digital products, with some strong examples of work demonstrating your UX and UI skills and process.
- expertise using design and prototyping tools like Figma
- a visual design degree, or post graduate degree in UX.
- familiarity with AI design tools.
Key responsibilities
- Design bespoke digital experiences, from user research and wireframes through to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
- Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing, and other discovery activities to inform design decisions.
- Work as part of an Agile team - producing work early, testing frequently and learning as you go.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries that support consistent, accessible experiences across our applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and translate well into working software.
- Champion accessibility and usability best practice across all our digital solutions.
- Understand how AI tools can enhance productivity, automate tasks, and improve design workflows.
- Take initiative and be resourceful in problem-solving.
- Work in a small, dedicated and high-performing Agile software team.
- Work closely with Product Owners and our development team.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge to grow the design team's capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with Boost team members and clients.
- Contribute to our award-winning culture by practising our core organisational values.

Recruitment process
Our Test-drive Boost event is a hands-on experience where you’ll collaborate on problem-solving activities with our team. This gives you the chance to meet our team, participate in how we work, and decide if Boost feels like the right fit for you.

- Your salary will reflect your unique skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team. The indicative salary range is $60K–$110K per year, with the final offer discussed during our hiring process.
