Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a ERP Solution Owner (f/m) to join our Digital For Operation department based in Toulouse. You will join the Digital for Operation Department, the cornerstone of our industrial transformation. Within this department, our goal is to simplify, streamline, prioritize and unlock the full potential of the latest digital technologies for the benefit of our operations. The modern industrial landscape is marked by immense challenges: massive production ramp-ups, rapid technological acceleration and the inherent complexity of integrating transverse ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) deployments across various sites.

Your challenges:

• Lead workshops to transform shop-floor requirements into end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain and Logistics processes.

• Act as a content authority within multidisciplinary teams to ensure a "Fit-to-Standard" approach and limit specific developments.

• Popularize complex SAP logic into clear, business-oriented visuals to secure buy-in from management.

• Reinvent end-to-end flows to actively support production ramp-up targets in aeronautics.

• Drive the definition of the S/4HANA manufacturing product to create the new digital supply chain model. This position requires frequent travel.

Your boarding pass:

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science, manufacturing engineering or logistics.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a complex and highly regulated industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense) including more than 8 years of expertise in ERP deployment.

• Advanced mastery of the SAP S/4HANA version and its key modules (PP, PM, MM, SD) combined with practical experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies.

• "Connector" profile, diplomatic, leadership, excellent communication and strong change management skills.

• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong asset (mobility required for ~20% travel).
