  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules; track key milestones, dependencies, deliverables, deadlines, and action items.
  • Assist project managers with project controls, including budget and progress tracking, forecasting, scope management, and project status reporting.
  • Coordinate technical inputs and deliverables across environmental, civil, water resources, geotechnical, mining, and other disciplines.
  • Support coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, maintain action-item logs, and follow up with project team members to support timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist with management of permitting documentation, agency correspondence, review comments, commitments, submittals, and project records.
  • Review and prepare reports, technical memoranda, presentations, calculations, specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Participate in field investigations, site visits, data collection, and other field activities, as required.
  • Prepare project estimates, schedules, and reports.
  • Contribute to proposals and other business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with professionals across SLR's environmental, engineering, and advisory disciplines.
