WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Own the customer relationship from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Build trusted relationships with security teams, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead success reviews, security validation workshops, and platform enablement sessions.
- Translate technical findings into clear, prioritized risk reduction recommendations.
- Drive platform adoption, customer outcomes, and measurable value.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively address challenges.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on commercial strategy.
- Coordinate with Support, Product, and Engineering on technical issues and integrations.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Maintain accurate customer data, success plans, and account activity in Salesforce.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, cybersecurity consulting, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, security validation, control effectiveness, and risk reduction.
- Experience working with enterprise security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud, identity, and APIs.
- Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms.
