As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including key marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. You will oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall sales performance, using data and insights to drive revenue growth and increase customer traffic. The role also involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute campaigns, support key accounts, and ensure consistent sell-out across ecommerce channels.

You’ll work closely with creators, grow the affiliate network, and launch campaigns that drive real sales—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is eager to grow within a global organization while contributing to the success of a well-established consumer brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute agreed sales plan on e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Plan, set up, and optimize platform and off-platform ads to drive traffic and conversions
• Build and grow affiliate and creator partnerships, including outreach, onboarding, and campaign execution
• Own and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotions and launches
• Set up bundles, promotions, and customer activation strategies to increase sales
• Maintain listing health across platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimization
• Track performance and own market reporting, providing insights to improve results
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably from the brand side
• Experience in managing affiliate - background in affiliate marketing or working with content creators/influencers
• Experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Hands-on experience in running ads and executing campaigns
• Strong understanding of online sales, promotions, and marketplace dynamics
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in account management to maintain relationships with online marketplaces, key ecommerce partners, and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online merchandising, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Advantageous Skills/Experience:

• Experience in FMCG or Pet Food
