Job Purpose:
The Director, Sales Services Europe will define and execute the commercial strategy for TD SYNNEX Services across Europe, driving profitable growth, market expansion, and partner adoption of our services portfolio.
Reporting to the European Services leadership team, this role will lead a pan-European sales strategy focused on accelerating service-led opportunities, growing recurring revenue streams, strengthening vendor relationships, and enabling country sales organizations to position Services as a key differentiator in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the European go-to-market strategy for TD SYNNEX Services.
Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth across Professional Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Security and Lifecycle Services.
Develop and lead strategic initiatives targeting Services products and enterprise-focused channel partners.
Build strong executive relationships with key vendors, partners and internal stakeholders across Europe.
Accelerate services attachment rates across product, software, cloud and solution-led opportunities.
Partner with country sales leaders to create scalable sales motions, pipeline generation programs and growth plans.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies and service offerings that support TD SYNNEX's strategic priorities.
Lead forecasting, performance management and business planning activities for the European Services business.
Drive sales enablement and adoption of Services within regional and country sales organizations.
Develop and mentor a high-performing, international team while fostering collaboration across multiple markets.
Required Experience & Skills:
Extensive experience in technology distribution, channel sales, managed services, cloud services, cybersecurity services, or related technology solutions.
Proven track record leading multi-country or pan-European commercial organizations.
Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, including MSP, MSSP, CSP, VAR and vendor business models.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling recurring revenue and services businesses.
Experience developing strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed international organization.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Fluent English required.
