Orchard View Post Acute is looking for an experienced PT, OT, or SLP who loves developing people, solving problems, and helping therapy teams succeed. This is a regional leadership opportunity where you’ll mentor Directors of Rehab, support multiple therapy programs, and make an impact beyond just one facility.

And the best part? This is a leadership role — not a traditional patient caseload position.

What You’ll Do

• Mentor and support Directors of Rehabilitation

• Partner with therapy teams, Administrators, and regional leaders

• Help improve staffing, operations, compliance, and clinical outcomes

• Coach and develop therapy leaders

• Support new programs and therapy transitions

• Help teams prepare for surveys and regulatory reviews

• Assist with recruiting and developing great therapy talent

• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP

• Therapy leadership experience, ideally in skilled nursing

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to obtain RAC-CT certification within one year of hire
