Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time

Pay Range: $42.00 – $46.00 per hour (DOE)

Oak Glen Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Cherry Valley, California. We provide 24-hour nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment, supporting residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions
- Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Part-time (schedule may vary; weekends/holidays as needed)
