Your role

In the shared banking and systems services domain for financial institutions, you will identify customer challenges by building relationships with executives and department leaders, and shape cross-institutional issues into actionable solution opportunities.

By connecting Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams and continuing to deliver value based on operational conditions after proposals are submitted, you will support long-term customer trust and business growth.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities by understanding management and operational challenges at financial institutions

• Build and maintain relationships with customer executives and department leaders

• Organize cross-functional issues and develop proposal approaches and solutions

• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams from proposal through opportunity creation

• Monitor customer status after project launch to identify additional proposals and improvement opportunities

• Lead customer response with stakeholders when issues or critical matters arise

• Drive continuous business growth focused on long-term customer value

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience in IT services, System Intergation(SI), Consulting, or account sales for the financial industry

• Experience identifying customer challenges and converting them into proposals or opportunities

• Experience building relationships and negotiating with executives or department leaders

• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Technical, Delivery, and other teams

• Mindset to create continuous customer value beyond one-time proposals

• Understanding of financial industry practices and systems services

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience serving financial customers at a major SIer, IT services company, or consulting firm

• Experience in banking, regional banks, shared services business, or financial infrastructure

• Experience driving proposals and opportunities involving large deals or multiple stakeholders

• Experience expanding new proposal areas within existing accounts

• Experience driving business across Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams

• Ability to independently identify customer challenges and convert them into opportunities
