Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Project Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Services Digital Excellence team (SDOC) based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing digital products and services covering Digital Customer Journey, In Service A/C Management, Training and Flight Ops, and Business Owned Tools Nursery. As part of the Customer Services Innovation and Digital Solutions (SD) team, you will be involved in leading projects for a full set of digital products and services and Business Owned Tools (BOTs) aiming at supporting and operating our customers' aircrafts and being a key actor in the Customer Service Digital Journey.

Your challenges:

• Assessing & monitoring the expected Digital Project’s value
• Ensuring the on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of the Digital Project
• Providing the Digital Project’s maturity, along its lifecycle, to all stakeholders
• Consolidating the Business Requirements or “To Be” vision to enable the design of the digital solution
• Enabling the change management activities to secure the end-users’ onboarding and adoption, alongside managing the suppliers’ deliveries

Your boarding pass:

• Master degree or equivalent in Project Management
• +5 years experience in Project Management in complex environments (Bronze PM certification minimum, or equivalent)
• Knwoledge and experience in SalesForce's Survey Module is required
• High interest or experience in Digital; Artificial intelligence knowledge in a day to day activity is mandatory
• Experience in Customer Services business lines would be a plus
• Excellent stakeholders management skills with the ability to work and guide across a range of team members;
• Capability to adapt and to be proactive;
• Communication skills both orally and in writing in French and in English;
