• Conduct lead generation, market research, and build targeted prospect lists.
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility.
• Support Google Local Services Ads setup, monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
• Use AI tools for research, content creation, and image generation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Monitor competitors, identify business opportunities, and maintain organized CRM and lead-tracking systems.
• Proactively identify improvements, solve problems, and support marketing initiatives.
• Help local businesses improve their visibility on Google Search and Google Maps.
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles.
• Perform keyword, competitor, and local market research.
• Support on-page and local SEO improvements.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists for lead generation.
• Use AI and automation tools to make marketing, research, lead generation, and reporting more efficient.
• Build or improve simple workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
• Monitor SEO and marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help create and publish useful marketing content when needed.
• Keep leads, campaigns, and activities organized in the CRM.
