Job Expectations 

Client Implementation & Onboarding 

● Execute technical implementation tasks supporting new client onboarding across Go Local Interactive's digital product suite. 

● Configure websites, analytics platforms, advertising accounts, call tracking, and other client technologies. 

● Validate client requirements and implementation details prior to launch. 

● Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding dependencies and technical blockers. 

● Support client kickoff meetings, launch calls, and implementation discussions as needed. 

Technical Configuration & Platform Support 

● Configure, maintain, and update client technology platforms including websites, analytics, advertising platforms, call tracking, and future digital products. 

● Manage user permissions, account access, and platform configurations. 

● Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with internal subject matter experts. 

● Execute platform updates while maintaining accuracy and minimizing client impact.

● Maintain working knowledge of Go Local Interactive's evolving technology stack and product offerings. 

Launch Readiness & Quality Assurance 

● Perform comprehensive quality assurance prior to product launches. 

● Validate configurations, tracking, integrations, and client deliverables against established standards. 

● Execute launch checklists and verify production environments following deployment.

● Identify risks, inconsistencies, or defects before they impact clients.

● Support post-launch verification and issue resolution. 

Client Support Operations 

● Respond to internal and client support requests within established service-level expectations. 

● Prioritize work based on client impact, urgency, and departmental priorities.

● Document work completed and maintain accurate records within internal systems.

● Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.

● Deliver a consistent, professional support experience across every client interaction. 

Operational Excellence 

● Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, automation, and operational efficiency. 

● Contribute to process improvements that increase scalability and improve the client experience. 

● Maintain and improve internal documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures. 

● Participate in testing, rollout, and adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes.

● Support departmental initiatives that improve quality, consistency, and operational performance.
