- Design and implement digital HR platforms, tools, and processes to support business objectives.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital HR initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on digital HR tools and platforms.
Who you are
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on digital HR or HR technology.
- Strong knowledge of digital HR trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
