Overview of the job

The Senior Manager – Digital Commerce Media Specialist will lead end‑to‑end media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization for P&G brands in Saudi Arabia. They will partner closely with brand teams, agencies, retailers, and regional media hubs to ensure best‑in‑class digital communication, data‑driven decision making, and flawless execution across all media touchpoints.

Responsibilities of the role

• Media Strategy — Develop annual and quarterly media strategies aligned with brand priorities, consumer insights, and market dynamics.
• Media Planning — Lead full‑funnel media planning across search, DSP and retail media platforms.
• Performance Marketing — Own performance marketing strategy, including KPI setting, optimization frameworks, and ROI delivery.
• Data & Analytics — Analyze media performance, generate insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Agency Leadership — Manage media agencies, ensuring excellence in planning, buying, reporting, and innovation.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with brand, commercial, retailer, and regional teams to ensure integrated communication and consistent execution.
• Market & Consumer Understanding — Maintain deep knowledge of the Saudi media landscape, consumer behavior, platform trends, and competitive activity.
• Budget Management — Oversee media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, financial stewardship, and maximized ROI.
• Innovation & Experimentation — Drive test‑and‑learn initiatives across new formats, platforms, and audience strategies.
• Governance & Compliance — Ensure adherence to P&G media guidelines, brand safety standards, and measurement frameworks.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–7 years of media experience, ideally within FMCG, digital agencies, or performance‑driven organizations.
• Proven expertise in digital media planning, performance marketing, and data‑driven optimization.
• Strong understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, media platforms, and local market dynamics.
• Hands‑on experience with programmatic platforms, social ads managers, search tools, and measurement dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large media budgets and deliver measurable business impact.
• Experience leading media agencies and cross‑functional teams.
