Job Description
Provide high-quality customer service by responding to client digital channel queries via telephone, email and walk-ins, following established procedures and service standards. Support the team in delivering consistent and professional customer service, contributing to overall business objectives through reliable and courteous client interactions.Are you someone who can
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through pro-active, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Attend to digital channels’ queries in a timely manner and provides relevant training to achieve sustained utilization of digital channels.
- Educate clients on digital banking channels and services to drive and achieve migration of clients to digital platforms as well as achievement of relevant growth targets.
- Onboard business clients onto online banking enterprise and provide relevant training, filing customer documents timeously and diligently.
- Perform end to end testing on the digital channels platform to ensure the system is functioning optimally.
You will be an ideal candidate if you
- Have a Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Have a strong technical and customer service acumen.
- Have advanced knowledge of using electronic gadgets.
- Have thorough knowledge of Digital Banking channels is an added advantage.
- Have 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
