Accenture Federal Services is seeking a DevOps Cloud Engineer for complex cloud-based infrastructures at multiple classification levels. As a DevOps Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing applications and services to optimize infrastructure, and collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of containerized solutions across various environments.

What you’ll do:
- Create, develop, and maintain automated build, integration, and deployment pipelines for multiple environments
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability of containerized environments
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
- Monitor and troubleshoot containerized environments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CI/CD pipeline tools and strategies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of new applications and practices
- Ensure security best practices are followed when implementing new applications in secure environments
- Automate deployment and scaling processes
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions for introduced applications
What you’ll need:
- 5 years of experience with deploying, managing, and/or securing applications in a cloud environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g.: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g.: Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g.: Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack)
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g.: Terraform or Ansible)
- Understanding of different AWS IaaS services
- DoD 8140 compliance (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)
Bonus points if you have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- Knowledge of security best practices in containerized environments
- Experience in SAP and Collateral Information Systems (IS)
- AWS Professional or Associate certification
- Experience with multiple cloud environments, to include Oracle
- Practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Clearance:
Must have a TS/SCI level clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
