About the Team

The Deployment Technology team is transforming how Workday is deployed and managed. Our mission is to reduce deployment time, cost and complexity while accelerating customer time to value.
We build capabilities that enable implementers, consultants and our partner ecosystem to accelerate customer deployments using best-in-class generative AI experiences, intelligent automation, reusable configuration, Skills, MCP and platform services. We also bring these capabilities into Workday so customers can manage and maintain their environments more independently, adopt new features and SKUs, and manage ongoing change through intuitive, AI-enabled experiences.
Working closely with customers, partners and product teams across Workday, we are defining the next generation of deployment technology and helping make implementation and ongoing change simpler, faster and more scalable.

About the Role

As a Product Manager in Deployment Technology, you will help shape and deliver capabilities that make Workday deployments faster, simpler and more scalable. You will contribute to product strategy and roadmap development while owning defined initiatives and capabilities from discovery through delivery and iteration.

·   Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development, helping identify and prioritize important customer and deployment problems.

·   Own defined initiatives and capabilities from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration.

·   Work directly with customers, partners and implementation teams to understand problems, validate needs and shape solutions.

·   Translate complex problems into clear product priorities, requirements and user experiences.

·   Partner closely with engineering and design, making informed trade-offs across customer value, technical feasibility and broader product direction.

·   Use customer insight, product data and feedback to measure outcomes and continuously improve the capabilities you own.

·   Explore and apply modern AI tooling, contributing to AI-enabled experiences including Skills, MCP-based tools, automation and agentic workflows.

·   Collaborate across Workday teams and communicate priorities, decisions and progress clearly.

About You

Basic Qualifications

·   4+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products, enterprise SaaS or platform capabilities.

·   Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmaps and owning initiatives through discovery, delivery and iteration.

·   Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

·   Proven ability to translate customer problems into clear product priorities and requirements.

·   Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across technical and business stakeholders.

Other Qualifications

·   Strong customer empathy, curiosity and problem-solving skills.

·   Comfort operating in technically complex and ambiguous product areas.

·   Active interest in AI and how AI tools can improve products, customer experiences and product management itself.

·   Familiarity with AI-enabled products, agents, MCP, APIs, automation or workflow technologies is beneficial.

·   Experience with enterprise SaaS, implementation, deployment technology, configuration management or ERP ecosystems is advantageous.

·   Ability to identify scalable, reusable solutions rather than solving only for individual feature requests.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc. Primary Location Base Pay Range: €72,000 EUR - €108,000 EUR Ireland
