What would you do? Apply sourcing, procurement, analytics, leadership, and stakeholder skills to deliver business value. Contribute as part of the Procurement Management Team, ensuring sustainable and efficient sourcing practices. Key activities include:• Identifying needs, qualifying suppliers, and managing RFP/RFQ cycles.• Leading negotiations, contracting, delivery, and performance analysis.• Embedding AI and digital tools in procurement workflows for efficiency and accuracy.• Driving transformation in sourcing processes, technology adoption, and organizational practices.You will balance day-to-day execution with forward-looking strategy. Support procurement’s role as a trusted business advisor by providing insights, optimizing supplier relationships, and enabling measurable outcomes.Develop strategies to transform the S&P function that lead to the implementation of differentiated and competitive S&P capabilities, processes, technologies and organizations.
What are we looking for? –10 years in strategic sourcing, category management, or consulting, with proven Category expertise. Skilled in developing category strategies, leading sourcing events, contracting, and supplier negotiations.• AI Literacy: Use enterprise AI assistants to complete S2C tasks with judgment and quality checks. Translate goals into clear prompts, iterate outputs, validate against policies/data, and refine documents (e.g., reformat tables, flatten changes, prepare PDFs). Candidates with S2C experience are welcome; those without AI use must show adaptability, curiosity, and structured thinking.• Skills: Strong numeric/text analysis, financial/commercial review of supplier proposals, and ability to synthesize market intelligence. Adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings with minimal supervision.• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide teams in sourcing, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement practices, and Category.• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and suppliers, influencing decisions.• Tools & Platforms: Proficient in sourcing/procurement systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools.• Education: Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications (CPSM, MCIPS) preferred.• Value-Add Proficiency (Preferred)• Advanced use of procurement platforms and AI tools in sourcing workflows.• Proficiency in refining documents for AI parsing (tables, tracked changes, scans, PDFs).• Strong business development orientation, including client pursuit support.• Experience creating executive-facing content and thought leadership.• Skilled in numeric/text analysis and financial modeling.• Proven success in building relationships with senior leaders and suppliers.• Strong written/verbal communication tailored for executive storytelling.• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and transformation in procurement.• Certifications – Preferred: Advanced degree and/or certifications such as CPSM or MCIPS.
Roles and Responsibilities: Develop category strategies, pipelines, and roadmaps using supplier research, market intelligence, and financial analysis.• Analyze supplier proposals/contracts to optimize client outcomes and negotiation strategies.• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding tools into sourcing workflows.• Deliver business development support: assessments, due diligence, and case studies.• Produce market intelligence and thought leadership to enhance procurement’s visibility and advisory role.• Mentor and coach teams in sourcing execution, stakeholder management, AI, and procurement best practices.• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, adapting to global environments.• Drive improvement in procurement delivery models, sourcing practices, and ecosystems.• Lead change across cross-functional, multi-phase projects.• Travel up to 50% to client sites.• Project/change leadership across multi-phase initiatives.• Critical thinker and self-starter with passion for growth.• Strong communication and storytelling for all levels, including C-suite.• Business development support (due diligence, contracts, case studies).
