Sobre esta vaga de Deal Desk Analyst na Adobe
The Opportunity
The Deal Desk Analyst will provide experienced, commercially focused support for large and non-standard enterprise deals. The role combines deal structuring, financial analysis, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination to help Sales develop commercially sound proposals that align with business objectives, pricing and approval guidelines, and revenue considerations.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales to review, structure, and optimize moderately complex deals, balancing customer requirements with profitability, commercial objectives, and internal policies.
- Analyze pricing, discounting, deal economics, and commercial scenarios to identify risks, trade-offs, and opportunities for improved deal outcomes.
- Use CPQ and other quoting or deal-management tools to support quote reviews, approvals, and contract preparation in line with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other support functions throughout the deal lifecycle, coordinating inputs and helping drive opportunities toward close.
- Support non-standard deal requests by evaluating proposed terms, identifying policy or approval gaps, and recommending practical options; call out higher-risk or highly strategic exceptions as appropriate.
- Draft and review contracts based on system outputs and the clause library, including moderate updates to commercial terms and standard clauses within delegated guidelines.
- Assess deal timing, approval dependencies, and execution risks, proactively flagging issues that may affect close dates or customer commitments.
- Contribute to deal desk metrics, service levels, and consistent policy application across standard and non-standard transactions.
What you need to succeed
- You thrive in a team environment, take initiative, and are meticulous, with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- +7 years' experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue, or a comparable commercial role, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS.
- Working knowledge of monetization, licensing, pricing, and commercial deal structures in support of a go-to-market organization.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to evaluate deal economics, recognize risks, and convert analysis into clear recommendations.
- Commercially focused and comfortable balancing customer needs, business objectives, profitability, policy, and execution considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or comparable quoting tools and Microsoft Office; understanding of revenue recognition principles is a plus!
