What you'll be doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll help Danish-speaking customers with questions related to vehicle rentals, reservations and travel plans, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their journey.

• Handling new reservations, booking changes and cancellations
• Providing information about rental services and mobility solutions

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Fluent Danish and good English skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required — full training is provided
