Fort McKay, AB | Monday to Friday | In-Branch PositionAre you highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps an office running smoothly? We are looking for a Branch Administrator to join our Fort McKay team and play a key role in supporting daily branch operations.
In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the branch while working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor, technicians, and leadership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support branch operations
- Assist with employee time entry and related administrative tasks
- Manage front desk and reception responsibilities
- Order office supplies and stationery as needed
- Support supervisors with technician onboarding and equipment requirements
- Maintain and update information in various computer systems
- Coordinate replacement cell phones, computers, and other office equipment
- Provide general administrative support to the branch team
What You'll Bring
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Experience troubleshooting basic computer and technology issues
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is considered an asset
