How You'll Contribute
Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Manager Cybersecurity Client Delivery & SOC Assurance to join our Risk Advisory Services practice. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day delivery across active cybersecurity engagements, partner with our SOC assurance team, and help ensure high-quality client service from kickoff through final deliverable.
- Lead concurrent cybersecurity advisory engagements, including scope, timeline, budget, staffing, client communication, and deliverable acceptance
- Execute and oversee work across cybersecurity service lines, including quantified risk sprints, program design, implementation support, and retained advisory
- Support AI governance advisory engagements, including AI risk assessments, policy development, ISO 42001 alignment, and client-specific regulatory requirements
- Partner with the SOC assurance team on SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 engagements, including scoping, control walkthroughs, testing, and report preparation
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with business goals
- Track engagement economics, including realization, WIP, billing milestones, scope changes, and margin risk
- Mentor and develop junior team members on engagement management, client communication, and technical execution
- Support practice development through proposals, scoping, technology partner integrations, and repeatable engagement playbooks
Requirements
What Skills You’ll Bring
- 7–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity advisory, IT audit, risk consulting, or a related professional services environment
- CPA required
- Experience managing cybersecurity, SOC, IT audit, or risk advisory engagements from planning through completion
- Demonstrated experience with SOC 1, SOC 2, and/or SOC 3 examinations
- Working knowledge of SOC methodology, Trust Services Criteria, and SSAE 18 / AT-C 320 reporting standards
- Experience with AI governance frameworks, including ISO 42001 and emerging AI risk management expectations
- Strong familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and NY DFS cybersecurity regulations
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and engagement delivery
- Strong project management, client service, written communication, and presentation skills
How You’ll Stand Out
- CISA, CISSP, and/or CISM certification
- Public accounting or professional services firm experience
- Experience with Fieldguide or comparable audit management platforms
- Experience supporting technology partner integrations such as Synack, Remedio, NetRise, Fieldguide, or similar tools
- Proven ability to achieve strong client satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
- Ability to present technical findings to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Experience building scalable delivery templates, playbooks, and practice processes
