The Customer Service Team whitin the DuPont Printing & Films business is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR serves as the primary interface between customers and internal business partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting business objectives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine and non-routine customer orders throughout the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
• Provide proactive customer support and identify effective solutions to meet customer and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit, Production Planning, Trade Compliance, and other internal functions.
• Resolve service issues, manage customer complaints, and drive corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Customer Service performance objectives and KPIs.
• Embrace new technologies, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Support business transformation projects and adapt to changing processes, systems, and ways of working.

Qualifications & Skills

• Commercial education (IHK) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes within an international environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.
• Fluent Italian, Spanish, German, and English language skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a strong customer focus and a proactive mindset.
• Open to change, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Interest in and willingness to learn and utilize AI-powered tools and technologies in daily work.
