Responsibilities: 

• Apply supply chain best practices and continuous improvement principles to improve safety, service, inventory health, productivity, and operational performance.

• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing support, logistics, delivery, and issue resolution.

• Analyze supply and demand data, performance metrics, and trends to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, commercial, and operations teams to support business priorities and customer needs.

• Work in roles such as Asset Scheduler, Supply Chain Analyst, Material Planner, Demand Planner, or related roles using structured problem solving and continuous improvement tools.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution

• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. 

• Minimum of 6 months of equivalent paid co-op or internship experience in supply chain management, engineering, operations management, or related fields

• Willingness to be on call for plant area support when required. 

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship .

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Skills: 

• Demonstrated leadership potential with a strong commitment to safety, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

• Interest in supply chain, operations, production planning, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing support functions.

• Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled and digital technologies, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance problem solving, collaboration, productivity, and decision-making.
