As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of custom software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative development efforts.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions across multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates.
