- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions and their deployment in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and reliable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
