As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and efficient software outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language).
- Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices related to GraphQL implementations.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in GraphQL (Query Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
