As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously enhancing system performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative problem-solving and adaptability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data workflows for performance.
- Familiarity with query languages and scripting to customize and automate business intelligence solutions.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and report generation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
