Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ADF.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and developing user interfaces using Oracle ADF components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Oracle ADF frameworks.
- Familiarity with integrating Oracle ADF applications with backend services and databases.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle ADF.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
