We are looking for a Creative Producer / Creative Operations Manager to keep our creative and brand-web workflows running smoothly. You'll be the connective tissue between the creative team, cross-functional stakeholders, and our Dev and Growth partners — managing intake, timelines, and priorities so creative work moves efficiently from request to delivery, while also serving as the point of contact for brand-related web tickets.
You will work closely with the entire marketing team and external product partners.
This is a 6-month, 40-hour-per-week, 1099 contract position.
Areas of Responsibility
Creative Production

Own and manage the Creative Production Asana board, keeping it accurate and up to date as the single source of truth for in-flight production work

Manage request intake, ensuring new requests are scoped and assigned appropriately

Set deadlines, timelines, and workbacks for creative production deliverables

Align on priorities with the creative team, balancing bandwidth against incoming demand

Provide regular status updates and gather stakeholder feedback throughout the production workflow

Manage creative assets in Google Drive, keeping files organized and easy to find

Run a recurring weekly sync to review status, surface blockers, and align on priorities with the creative team

Own and manage Brand Web tickets via the Web-Brand JIRA board

Serve as the point of contact between Dev and Growth on brand web requests

Align priorities cross-functionally across Dev, Growth, and the creative team

Communicate status updates to stakeholders on open tickets and initiatives via Slack and JIRA
Web Ops
Requirements

3+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or creative operations, ideally in-house or at an agency

Background working directly with design or brand creative teams

Comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once without losing track of details

Proficiency in project management tools — Asana preferred, JIRA experience a plus for the Web-Brand ticket workflow

Comfortable managing files in Google Drive/Workspace

Strong communication skills — you can translate between creative, dev, and growth teams and keep everyone aligned

A proactive, organized approach to setting timelines and holding people accountable to them
Nice to Have

Working knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to communicate effectively with the creative team

Experience coordinating web/brand-related development tickets

Basic understanding of web development workflows/terminology, to liaise effectively with Dev
