Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:

CREATIVE DELIVERY SPECIALIST, EUROPE

Type of employment:  Temporary position for 1 year (employed through the staffing agency Grafton) 
Location: Riga, Latvia 
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)  

THE ROLE

The Creative Delivery Specialist oversees the end-to-end management of creative projects across both print/POP and digital channels, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, on brief, and to brand standards. This role acts as the central connector between designers, creative leadership, campaign planners, vendors and business unit stakeholders maintaining smooth communication, balanced workloads and efficient workflows across the creative hub. This role has responsibility for handing off to print vendors and scheduling to in-store digital screens.

Collaborates closely with the Creative Director, Designers, Campaign Planners, National Marketing Teams, Vendors, and Request Owners. Works cross-regionally with hubs in Europe and North America to ensure global alignment and consistency in creative delivery.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required;
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in creative operations, project management or traffic management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment;
• Strong understanding of both print/POP production and digital campaign workflows (file formats, specs, and asset delivery requirements);
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and complexity;
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to validate file readiness and asset quality;
• Demonstrated ability to manage creative timelines within a workflow or project management system (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet);
• Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail;
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to negotiate, influence, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
• Data-minded and comfortable interpreting metrics for KPI tracking and process improvement;
• A positive, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to drive collaboration across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Intake & Briefing:

• Manage the intake and briefing process for all creative requests across digital and print/POP channels;
• Review briefs for completeness, accuracy and clarity, ensure all supporting information, files and references are included before creative kickoff;
• Open and assess client files (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) to confirm usability for the creative team;
• Partner with the Creative Director, Campaign Planners, and/or request owners to align on project scope, deliverables, and start dates.
  
  

Workflow & Timeline Management:

• Build, assign and maintain project timelines within the project management system;
• Monitor progress against deadlines, flag potential risks and proactively communicate status updates to all stakeholders;
• Facilitate regular touchpoints, including weekly production meetings, designer check-ins and project owner syncs—to ensure transparency and alignment;
• Adjust and re-prioritize schedules as needed to reflect shifting timelines or business priorities.
  
  

Resource & Capacity Management:

• Assess creative team capacity and partner with the Creative Director to assign new projects accordingly;
• Support prioritization of workload across multiple channels, balancing print and digital demands to maintain efficiency and quality.
  
  

Quality & Delivery Oversight:

• Review artwork and files for accuracy against briefs, specs and brand guidelines;
• Ensure all creative assets (POP and digital) are delivered correctly, on time and to required specifications;
• Manage project closure by confirming all tasks are completed and files are archived appropriately.

Scheduling to Digital Screens:

• Build and schedule campaigns onto in-store digital screen CMS and content players;
• Oversee software testing and collaborate with product team and global tech to ensure accurate and fully implemented paid campaigns;
• interact with Circle-K IT Systems, Pricebook and stores to troubleshoot issues with digital ads and promotions.
  
  

Process Optimization & Reporting:

• Identify recurring bottlenecks and collaborate with creative leadership to refine workflows and enhance efficiency;
• Track and report on KPIs, team capacity and delivery timelines;
• Document and share monthly learnings, roadblocks and successes to support continuous process improvement across the creative hub.
