As a Coupa Integration Developer Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Connected Supply Chain practice, you will focus on enhancing supply chain operations, improving end-to-end visibility, and fostering collaboration. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network, providing guidance on technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining Coupa integration solutions to streamline procurement processes.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy API and middleware integrations.

- Monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues to ensure seamless data flow between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
- Developing strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain network
- Utilizing supply chain management software to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Implementing process improvements and operational strategies to drive business performance
- Managing inventory and logistics to validate seamless supply chain operations
- Supporting strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives to enhance supply chain effectiveness
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Building meaningful client connections and fostering collaboration within teams

What You Must Have

- Experience with Coupa API and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Mulesoft).

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and middleware platforms.

- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
