Opportunity
As a Recruiter at Twin Health, you will directly shape the teams executing our mission to reverse chronic metabolic disease. Because we build cutting-edge AI, we expect our Talent Acquisition team to practice what we build. You will leverage modern AI-driven sourcing, structured screening intelligence, dynamic messaging, and workflow automation to cut down administrative drag and shorten time-to-fill, freeing you up to deliver an authentic, high-touch candidate experience.
Supporting hiring across Corporate, Marketing, Finance, and key business functions, you will partner closely with hiring managers to build efficient, scalable pipelines. If you are agile across multiple functional verticals, love working with operational rigor, and view AI as a force multiplier for genuine human connection, this role is built for you.
This position is open to candidates in EST or CST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of 15-20 non-technical roles, including corporate, marketing, finance, accounting, operations, and other general business functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Screen candidates for role fit, competencies, and alignment with Twin’s mission and values
- Manage interview logistics end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and interviewers
- Drive offer processes, including compensation alignment, offer approvals, and closing candidates
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the ATS and ensure data integrity across all recruiting workflows
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable hiring practices including responsible AI use: monitoring for bias, protecting candidate data and privacy, and staying current on evolving AI-in-hiring regulations
- Support recruiting operations, reporting, and process improvements as the company scales using AI-enabled analytics to surface pipeline insights and inform hiring strategy
- Deliver a high-touch, thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding handoff
- Balance speed and quality while managing multiple requisitions across different functions simultaneously
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functional areas
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different talent markets
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing complex processes, documentation, and scheduling
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple searches at once
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting or day-to-day work (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI sourcing platforms, ATS AI features, workflow automation tools), with concrete examples of how you’ve used them to improve outcomes
- Working knowledge of effective prompting and the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and quality
- Understanding of responsible AI use in hiring, including fairness, transparency, data privacy, and applicable regulations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adjusting quickly as business needs evolve
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling tools)
- Experience in healthcare tech, SaaS, or venture-backed startups is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 annually.
