Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to assess existing processes, systems, and operational challenges.
• Design and deliver Core Banking solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Provide functional and technical expertise to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and help organizations adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
• Facilitate process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Contribute to project planning, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Continuously develop knowledge of emerging banking trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Core Banking platforms, processes, and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design, and technology transformation initiatives within the banking industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in Estimation and Planning.

• Experience leading or supporting process improvement and optimization initiatives.
