The Copywriter will help define the public and digital voice for iconic, global brands. As a master of tone, message, and conversion, you will concept and create compelling copy across the entire digital ecosystem—ranging from high-impact brand campaigns and digital advertising to AI-assisted e-commerce content across the digital shelf.
Thriving at the intersection of creativity, data, and emerging technology, you will partner with strategists, designers, and data scientists to deliver fresh, strategic copy that elevates the customer journey, engages audiences, and accelerates business growth.
Responsibilities
Creative Concepting & Campaign Copy: Develop persuasive, multi-channel copy for paid advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, Search, Display) and organic digital touchpoints alongside designers and creative directors.
Digital Shelf & E-Commerce Execution: Write and optimize engaging product copy, above-the-fold (ATF) visual text, enhanced content (A+ content), and brand storefront copy (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, direct-to-consumer) that aligns with SEO best practices and drives conversion.
AI-Enabled Copywriting Workflows: Utilize modern AI writing tools and integrations to scale high-quality content production, streamline drafting processes, and develop consistent brand messaging frameworks across large product portfolios.
Brand Voice & Guidelines Ownership: Translate complex brand strategies into distinct written tones and styles. Build and maintain brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency while adhering to brand, regulatory, and legal requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with content strategists, data scientists, designers, and account teams to translate performance metrics and category insights into creative, high-performing copy.
Strategic Client Presentations: Confidently present creative concepts and copy rationales to clients, articulating how creative choices align with strategic goals and customer psychology (AIDA principles).
New Business & Pitch Support: Contribute high-impact ideas, concepts, and copy to new business pitches and innovative internal client initiatives.
Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of copywriting experience in an agency or fast-paced digital environment, with exposure to both brand/advertising campaigns and e-commerce/performance media.

Multi-Channel & Digital Shelf Mastery: Proven track record of writing compelling copy across paid media channels (social, search, display) as well as PDP (Product Detail Page) / e-commerce platforms.

AI & Modern Workflow Familiarity: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with leveraging AI tools to assist, scale, or optimize content production without sacrificing creative quality.

Portfolio Required: An active portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles, quick concepting ability, successful client campaigns, and multi-channel work.

SEO & Consumer Psychology: Strong understanding of advertising fundamentals, customer decision journeys, SEO keyword integration, and how data/analytics inform effective copy decisions.

Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to take quick ownership, manage tight timelines, and collaborate smoothly across multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Information
Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
