Here's what we're looking for:

The Coordinating International Product Manager (IPM), Patient Centered Disease Management is a hybrid role that functions as a IPM within a dedicated Product Core Team while additionally leading cross-team product alignment and strategic coherence across multiple core teams working on the digital Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) portfolio. Operating within the context set by lifecycle enablement teams, the IPM leads continuous product discovery in peer collaboration with Product Core Teams to ensure solutions are valuable, viable, and strategically aligned. Serving as the Primary Strategic Product Interface for portfolio coherence across a matrixed enterprise, the role provides senior-level alignment and guidance across Product Core Teams.

Coordination tasks:

• Strategic Alignment: Partner with Product Core Teams to align macro portfolio objectives across planning cycles and core teams in line with global business strategy

• Multi-Team Alignment & Coherence: Provide strategic guidance across multiple Product Core Teams to synchronize outcomes, maintain strategic alignment, and advise on product scope trade-off
• Product Dependency Alignment & Integration: Drive visibility into complex cross-team product value interdependencies and partner with external platform, GTM, and capability units to ensure seamless user experience and alignment

Main tasks:

• Product Value & Business Viability Accountability: Ensuring the product solves a customer problem in a way that supports the business. Owns the "Business Case" and strategic alignment. Joint accountability for overall product outcomes with the product core team. Primary interface to the outside.
• Continuous Discovery & Validation: Drives continuous product discovery together with the product core team to ensure solutions are valuable to customers, viable for the business, usable by users, and technically feasible to build.
• Strategic Context & Alignment: Internalizes and evangelizes the strategic context provided by the Lifecycle Enablement Team, ensuring that stable core teams are focused on work that is genuinely worth building and delivers necessary results.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drives cross-functional collaboration, balancing the needs of customers, the business, user experience (usability), and technical feasibility.
• Customer & Domain Expertise: Maintains comprehensive and well informed knowledge of customers/users (qualitative and quantitative), product data, and the broader market and industry.
• Risk Ownership: Owns the customer value and viability risk, ensuring the product meets business needs while solving customer problems.

Additional tasks:

• Data-Driven Learning: Constantly learns from customers and data to inform product decisions.
• Business Acumen: Applies deep business knowledge, including finance, sales, and legal aspects, to product decision-making.
• Owner's Mindset: Maintains an owner's mindset for the specific product or problem area, acting as the critical element for the success of the empowered product team.
• Customer Advocacy: Acts as the expert on the users and customers to ensure their needs are central to the product's development.
• Results-Driven Development: Ensures that all development work is results-driven and aligned with the established outcome goals.
• Scaled Strategic Alignment & Portfolio Trade-offs: Facilitate quarterly planning alignment with LCET and core teams to negotiate outcome trade-offs, protect critical CGM milestones, and support portfolio health visibility
• Cross-Lifecycle Collaboration: Serve as the strategic liaison to platform, hardware, and GTM teams to ensure seamless product alignment, regulatory readiness, and unified roadmaps across multiple core streams.

In Austria, we have a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross EUR 3.843  - per month for this position. But! Rest assured, we offer amazing competitive compensation packages which take into consideration current market trends, therefore you can expect a higher offer that reflects your experience level.
