Under the direct supervision of the Nutritional Services Coordinator/Supervisor, the cook will prepare, season and cook food for hospital patients, staff and visitors. Follows correct food preparation and handling procedures. Performs a variety of cleaning duties.Position Details:

Shift: Full-Time/ Evenings
Experience: Certifications:
Jefferson: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
St. Louis/South: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire.
Springfield: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
Washington: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Experience: 90 days experience in hospital food service.
