OverviewThis individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Shift: Full-Time/Days
Education: None.
Licensure: Food Handler within 180 days.
Experience: 2 or more years of food service experience preferred
Certifications: None.
Other: Skills, knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character Effectively communicate in English, both orally and written Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
Preferred Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
Preferred Certifications: Serve Safe Certification.
