About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth agency specializing in the medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine sector. Operating globally across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, the team helps premium clinics and MedSpas transition from inconsistent results to predictable, $100K+ monthly revenue. By moving beyond traditional lead generation, they implement comprehensive growth frameworks that optimize high-ticket patient acquisition, sales conversion systems, and client retention strategies for treatments like body sculpting, injectables, and advanced laser therapies.
As a performance-driven scale-up, the company is dedicated to solving the complex operational and marketing challenges faced by modern aesthetic practices. The team fosters a results-oriented and innovative environment, focusing on delivering measurable impact through structured systems rather than generic advertising. This is an opportunity to join a strategic, forward-thinking organization that is redefining how premium health and beauty businesses scale their operations in a competitive international market.
Job Summary
We run Meta advertising campaigns for medical aesthetics clinics, generating high-ticket patient enquiries that appointment setters convert into paid consultations. We have strong lead generation and capable execution teams — what we're missing is a single owner of what happens in between.
We're hiring a Conversion Analyst to own that gap. You will be the only person with full visibility across the entire journey — from the ad, to the landing page, to the setter's call, to the paid deposit — and your role is to diagnose, each week and for every account, why qualified leads are not converting into booked, deposited appointments.
This is a diagnostic role grounded in call review and CRM analysis, not website or page-element optimisation. Every lost lead falls into one of two categories: lead quality, which returns to the funnel team, or conversion mismanagement, which returns to the setters and sequence owners. Determining which — with evidence, and always ruling out mismanagement first — is the core of the work. You will pull your own data, listen to a sample of setter calls each week before drawing conclusions, and deliver a clear, evidence-based weekly brief that names the problem, the cause, the recommended fix, and the metric it should move. Where an account performs well, you will identify why and define what should be replicated across the wider portfolio.
You will not run campaigns, build landing pages, write automations, or manage the setting team; those functions are owned by dedicated specialists. Your remit is to establish the truth and ensure it reaches the person who can act on it. The role operates on US-aligned hours and calls for a strong understanding of the North American, high-ticket consumer.
Requirements
- Prior experience reviewing sales or setter calls as a core part of a role — extracting insight from recordings, not listening out of curiosity.
- Confident working independently within a CRM to pull and interrogate your own data, rather than relying on prepared reports.
- Strong analytical discipline: the ability to hold a conclusion until the evidence supports it, and to distinguish what people say from what they actually do.
- Excellent written English, with the ability to distil complex funnel issues into clear, actionable findings a team can implement without clarification.
- Sound commercial judgement and the confidence to tell a colleague or client their work isn't converting — and to support it with evidence, without it becoming a conflict.
- Experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Availability to work US-aligned hours, with a strong understanding of the North American, high-ticket consumer.
- Background in a MedSpa, aesthetics, healthcare, or high-ticket lead-generation environment.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, or comparable CRM and campaign platforms.
- Familiarity with considered-purchase or high-ticket funnels, where trust and proof matter more than urgency.
- Exposure to conversion or funnel analysis in an agency or multi-account setting.
