About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end integration delivery across complex enterprise environments.

You'll take ownership of delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, and releases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

This is a delivery leadership role suited to someone with strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing priorities while confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end integration delivery, from planning and estimation through to production release.
• Manage delivery schedules, priorities, resources, capacity, and dependencies.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, timesheets, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate Agile/SAFe delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlogs, and releases.
• Manage technical approvals, security requirements, change processes, and release readiness.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and Iteration Managers.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, milestones, resources, financials, and risks.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading complex integration delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, integration architecture, and the integration delivery lifecycle.
• Strong Agile/SAFe experience, including planning, prioritisation, and release management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Experience managing delivery budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership of delivery outcomes, including successful production releases.
• Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with MuleSoft, CloudHub, IBM ACE, or MQ would be advantageous.
• Financial services or insurance industry experience would be highly regarded.
