What would you do? • Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. • Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. • Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design • Develop an organic search engine optimization strategy based on client goals and objectives, defining keywords and priority content, and ensuring web mobile content meets marketing needs.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - P5 • Secondary skill - Keyword Search - P5 • The role of an SEO Specialist is to execute on-page, off-page, technical and content SEO activities along with AEO and GEO initiatives. Should be able to perform complete website SEO analysis on a regular basis and provide recommendations to improve organic search and AI search visibility. • Google Analytics - P5
Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing on page, off page and content SEO activities to improve organic search performance. • Perform keyword research, keyword mapping, search intent, competitor and content gap analysis to identify SEO opportunities. • Optimize landing pages, including meta tags, headings, content, internal linking and image alt text, and provide recommendations for existing and new content. • Should have a good understanding of website structure, crawling, indexing, canonicalization, structured data and schema, hreflang, Core Web Vitals, site performance and accessibility. • Work with developers to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, provide recommendations and validate implementation. • Should have an understanding of AEO and GEO and provide content recommendations to improve visibility across traditional and AI powered search experiences, including conversational searches and user questions. • Support website migrations, redesigns and new site and page launches, including pre and post launch SEO checks. • Contribute to the SEO roadmap and prioritize recommendations based on business requirements and SEO opportunities. • Should have hands on experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, along with exposure to AEO and GEO and AI visibility tools, and should be able to monitor and analyze performance. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with good data analysis and presentation skills. • Should have good client and stakeholder communication skills and be able to explain SEO recommendations in simple language. • Should be able to effectively coordinate with developers, content teams and other internal teams to support implementation of SEO recommendations. • Keep up to date with the latest developments in SEO, AEO, GEO and AI powered search.
