We're looking for a Commercial Data Manager to lead the commercialisation and optimisation of Seven West Media's audience and data capabilities across our digital advertising products on a 12 month contract. Working at the intersection of data, sales and advertising technology, you'll help deliver innovative audience solutions that drive campaign performance, client outcomes and revenue growth.

About the role

Partnering closely with Commercial, Audience Intelligence, Product and Technology teams, you'll translate complex data into meaningful insights and strategies that maximise the value of SWM's audience and data assets.

In this role, you'll:

• Develop data-led commercial solutions that drive client and revenue outcomes.
• Partner with Sales teams to deliver audience insights, targeting strategies and advertising solutions.
• Champion SWM's audience and data capabilities during client presentations and pitches.
• Analyse audience and campaign performance to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of new audience products, segments and commercial offerings.
• Drive collaboration across teams to strengthen SWM's data and audience proposition.
• Stay ahead of industry trends across data, digital advertising and ad tech.

What will you need

• A strong understanding of audience data, digital advertising ecosystems and data-driven marketing.
• Proven success using data and insights to drive commercial outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience within media, publishing, broadcast or digital advertising environments.
