Are you a highly organised relationship builder who thrives on bringing campaigns to life? We're looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our Marketing team and play a key role in delivering impactful commercial campaigns and brand collaborations across Seven West Media's portfolio.

As a Partnerships Executive, you will support the delivery and management of campaigns and marketing activations, ensuring all commitments are executed to a high standard and deliver value for both clients and Seven West Media. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from concept to completion.

About the role:

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will coordinate campaign activity, manage partnership documentation, prepare reporting, and assist with event activations.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are briefed, scheduled, executed and tracked.   

• Act as the primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders, ensuring agreed benefits are delivered and contractual obligations are met.

• Prepare and manage agreements, contra arrangements and associated documentation.

• Assist in the development of sponsorship proposals, presentation materials and campaign reports including performance analysis and creative clippings.

• Support the planning and execution of activations and events.

• Provide on-site support for activations and events, including occasional evening and weekend work as required.

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.

• A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Commercially minded with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.

• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced in campaign coordination, partnerships, marketing, media, events or a similar role will be highly regarded.
