We are seeking a Clinical Technical Specialist to provide technical expertise and support to surgeons, audiologists, clinicians, and hospital teams across the patient journey. This role combines clinical knowledge, technical problem-solving, education, and customer partnership to ensure the highest level of support and service.
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer confidence, supporting complex clinical cases, mentoring colleagues, and partnering closely with our Sales team to help drive business growth and exceptional patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide technical support during surgeries, consultations, fittings, troubleshooting, and follow-up activities.
Support operating room teams with equipment setup, system preparation, device handling, and intraoperative technical assistance.
Deliver product training, technical education, and workflow guidance to healthcare professionals.
Support clinicians with software, device functionality, and troubleshooting during post-operative patient care.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and high-quality clinical support.
Identify customer needs and share insights to help improve products, services, and operational effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
About You
You are passionate about improving patient outcomes and building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. You enjoy solving technical challenges, sharing knowledge, and working collaboratively in a customer-focused environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3+ years' experience in audiology, clinical support, medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related field.
Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience providing training, education, or coaching to healthcare professionals is highly regarded.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory.
