Eliot is seeking a dynamic Clinical Assistant Team Manager to join our Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) program which serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising staff in developing interventions and clinical treatment plans for individuals affected by mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. You will ensure services align with CBHC principles and are person-centered, tailored to individual needs and preferences. |
