Eliot is seeking a strong, experienced Substance Abuse Case Manager to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to develop and facilitate dual diagnosis groups, as well as provide individualized substance use treatment and support. A thorough understanding of twelve step programs is required. Candidates must also possess demonstrated knowledge of principles related to consumer empowerment and recovery-oriented care. |

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with a standing 12pm-8pm shift, including rotating weekends and on-call.
Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase |
