Sobre esta vaga de Client Strategy & Growth Lead na Intellect
About Intellect
Intellect is a leading mental health benefits company, trusted by forward-thinking employers, insurers and governments to deliver care that is local, personalised and effective at scale. Today, we serve more than 4 million people across over 100 countries through our technology platform and global network of clinical providers.
Our platform supports workforces at companies including Dell, ByteDance, Visa, Shell, McDonald’s and hundreds more, enabling organisations to provide accessible, culturally relevant and high-quality mental healthcare to their people.
Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Role
As Intellect’s enterprise relationships grow in scale and complexity, we are looking for a Client Strategy & Growth Lead to help leading organisations translate their workforce mental health ambitions into effective programmes, measurable outcomes and enduring partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, commercial growth and cross-functional execution. You will own a portfolio of enterprise relationships and be accountable for understanding each client’s priorities, shaping the right strategy, mobilising Intellect’s capabilities and growing the partnership over time.
The work goes beyond routine account coordination. Depending on the client, you may be helping a multinational organisation develop its mental health strategy, redesigning an underperforming programme, launching Intellect across new markets, building an executive business case, navigating a complex renewal or identifying new ways for Intellect to support the organisation.
You will move between strategic analysis, senior stakeholder engagement, commercial discussions and detailed implementation. You will remain accountable from the initial problem definition through execution, renewal and expansion.
We are particularly interested in candidates from management consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation and other demanding environments who want to move from advising organisations to owning client and commercial outcomes directly. Prior experience in customer success is not required.
This is an individual contributor role working closely with Intellect’s client, commercial and delivery teams. The size and complexity of your portfolio will be calibrated to your experience and demonstrated capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
Shape Client Strategy and Create Value
- Develop a sophisticated understanding of each client’s organisation, workforce, strategic priorities, stakeholder landscape and commercial context
- Identify the most important workforce mental health challenges Intellect can help the client address
- Translate client priorities into clear strategies, programmes, account plans and measures of success
- Use data, market insight and frontline feedback to identify performance gaps and opportunities for greater impact
- Help clients make informed decisions about programme design, engagement, service delivery and expansion
- Bring relevant ideas and perspectives to clients rather than operating solely from a predefined scope
- Ensure Intellect’s work remains relevant as client priorities and needs evolve
Lead Complex Programmes and Execution
- Take ownership of important client programmes from problem definition and planning through implementation and measurable outcomes
- Structure ambiguous challenges, identify underlying issues and translate analysis into clear decisions and action
- Develop practical solutions that balance client needs with clinical quality, operational feasibility, product capabilities and commercial sustainability
- Coordinate across Intellect’s clinical, operations, product, technology, data, marketing, finance and commercial teams
- Translate commitments into clear plans with defined owners, timelines, dependencies and success measures
- Identify delivery risks early, resolve issues directly and escalate thoughtfully where needed
- Turn successful approaches into reusable frameworks and playbooks that can strengthen other client programmes
Build Trusted Relationships and Manage Performance
- Develop credible relationships across multiple levels of the client organisation, including senior executives, HR and benefits leaders, operational stakeholders and programme owners
- Become a trusted strategic partner who understands both the client’s immediate needs and broader organisational objectives
- Lead substantive business reviews and strategic discussions that result in useful decisions and forward action
- Monitor programme performance, adoption, outcomes, relationship strength and commercial health
- Identify risks early and develop recovery plans for underperforming programmes or at-risk relationships
- Navigate difficult conversations, competing priorities and escalations with judgement and composure
- Ensure clients understand the value Intellect is creating and the actions required from both organisations
Drive Retention, Renewal and Growth
- Own the long-term health and commercial development of your portfolio, including retention, renewal and expansion
- Develop renewal strategies well in advance, covering value demonstration, stakeholder alignment, risk management and commercial positioning
- Identify opportunities to expand Intellect’s work across services, employee populations, markets, business units and use cases
- Build compelling expansion propositions based on genuine client needs, evidence of value and Intellect’s ability to deliver
- Lead or support proposals, commercial discussions and negotiations in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, renewal plans and decision timelines
- Remain accountable for commercial outcomes rather than treating renewal and expansion as responsibilities owned by another team
Requirements
- You typically have approximately 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, enterprise client leadership or another demanding client-facing or operating environment
- You have strong structured problem-solving skills and can bring clarity to complex, ambiguous or fast-moving situations
- You want to move beyond recommendations and take direct responsibility for implementation, client outcomes and commercial results
- You are commercially minded and comfortable being accountable for retention, renewals, expansion and account growth
- You can build credibility with senior external stakeholders while working effectively with the teams responsible for delivery
- You communicate clearly and can produce high-quality analysis, presentations and written work independently
- You are resilient under pressure and remain effective through escalations, setbacks, demanding stakeholders and competing priorities
- You combine strategic judgement with a willingness to work through operational detail
- You can influence across functions without relying on hierarchy and know when to collaborate, challenge or escalate
- You take ownership naturally and do not define your responsibility narrowly when an important outcome is at risk
- You are motivated by sustained ownership, not only short-term projects, and are prepared to remain accountable after the initial problem-solving phase
- You are low-ego, adaptable and able to learn a complex industry quickly
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, employee benefits, insurance, enterprise technology or multi-market service delivery is helpful but not required
Above all, you are motivated by the opportunity to solve consequential problems, shape important enterprise partnerships and build enduring commercial value.
